When will my order be delivered?

Delivery for all accepted orders is done using standard third party courier services. Depending upon your location, it may normally take 3-4 working days for delivering the order at your doorstep. For far-off locations like North, North East the delivery make take slightly longer time, depending on the delivery turnaround times of the concerned courier partner carrying your order.

Internally, we strive to dispatch your order from our warehouse less than 1 business day of you placing the order. In case of orders placed through Cash on Delivery (CoD) mode however, the dispatch from our warehouse make take slightly longer time as we usually seek customer’s telephonic confirmation before order dispatch.


Since last-mile deliveries are handled by third party courier partners, we closely work with them to ensure that your orders gets delivered within the expected time. However, there can be cases of inordinate delays in some orders which might be beyond our control. In such cases, we internally strive to return back your received payments (for prepaid orders), if any.


We don’t operate on Sundays and other gazetted or statutory holidays.

What are the Delivery Charges?

Free delivery for all orders above Rs. 5,000 LKR

Pay Online, Deposit Cash or Cash on delivery and make us deliver : 

Colombo 1-  15       : 150 LKR

Greater Colombo    : 200 LKR

Other Areas: 350 LKR
